How do I cancel my FindMyManual subscription?

If you no longer want your FindMyManual subscription, send us a cancellation request and our support team will handle it and confirm by email.

Before you cancel

• Download any manuals you want to keep to your own device.
• Make a note of the billing date shown on your card statement.
• Decide whether a single download would suit you better than cancelling.

You can review the current plans and prices in the pricing section on mymanual4.com. If you only need occasional downloads rather than no account, ask us about changing your plan instead.

How to request cancellation

1. Open the Submit a Request form and choose “Cancel Subscription”.
2. Enter the email address linked to your FindMyManual account.
3. Enter the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card that was charged.
4. Describe your request and submit it.

You will see a request number on screen once your cancellation request reaches our support team. Keep that number and watch your inbox, including the spam or junk folder, for our reply.
